Your creative ideas have something to tell you.
Are you ready to listen?
Have you ever thanked a hotel room when you were leaving?
When you throw away or donate old clothes, do you say “goodbye” to them?
When you buy a new piece of furniture, do you greet it with a “welcome”?
If you’re not telling anyone because you’re afraid of being seen as a weirdo, but you still believe that spaces and objects can hear you—and even talk to you—you’re not alone. 😉
What if the same applies to relationships, creative ideas, and important decisions you need to make?
Think about the post you’re working on right now. Maybe you had a great idea, but then you hit a wall. Maybe you just can’t seem to be satisfied with what you’ve written. Maybe you’ve been struggling with it for hours, but you can’t bring yourself to give up or make any progress.
And you scroll through the posts from your favorite accounts, hoping to be inspired. You review your notes from the last writing workshop you attended. Or you get lost in the depths of the internet to learn more about the topic you’re writing on.
As you venture further away to find the inspiration you need, that wonderful idea—which has already knocked on your door—is waiting for you to come back and listen to it.
If you sat down with it and asked how it wanted to express itself, what do you think it would say to you?
I just sat down with mine and got this answer:
“I’m not interested in solutions. I’m interested in a playful exploration.”
So I put my efforts to be serious aside and wrote a post about the benefits of talking to objects, places, and ideas. Not only did I complete the task, but I also had a lot of fun!🙌🏻💃🏻
This is what happens when you sit down with your ideas and have a chat with them in an Attunement Session with me: They whisper to you not only where they want to go, but also how they want to get there.
Maybe your unfinished project isn’t just concerned with what you need to research or who you should ask for help—it’s also interested in how eager you are to play with it.
When you listen to it, not only will you be one step closer to completing the task; you’ll also remember why you started this project in the first place and reconnect with what makes you feel alive.
When you’re ready not just to bring your creative ideas to life, but to meet the aliveness it requires in each step, let’s meet for an Attunement Session.
I’m looking forward to accompanying you on this journey that your creative ideas will take you on! Book your session here.
